FIT with Forge- Snowed In Workout
Are you snowed in? No gym? No excuses. Winter storm Juno may have kept most of us indoors in the NE, but there's always time to torch some calories! Do this full-body, heart-pumping circuit continuously for 15-minutes. Do 15 reps/15 seconds of each exercise, and modify as needed. Make sure to stretch/foam roll before and after and always hydrate!
